free jokes. did you check which limb it was bleeding from and where?
Oh!! This is so much happy dude what did you gave to him 😅🤣
Does the lts-D largeal tube prevent the tongue from obstructing airway passage?
So this gets inserted blindly into the esophagus??
came to this video cause some guy told me about this procedure on a medical server on discord, an immature moderator banned me but the guy that was telling me about this was really cool.
Some examples of hazards at scenes that may nescitate moving a injured victim include. If the victim is in a vehicle that is on fire. If the victim is in a burning building. If the victim is in a area where they could be hit by traffic such as on a road. If the victim has been overcome by poisonous fumes such as carbon monoxide or h2s or was overcome by poisonous fumes in a confined space. If there is a danger of a explosion such as if the victim was overcome by h2s or if they were overcome by a gas leak or if there was a bombing and a secondary device has been located in the area where you are in. If the victim is in or near a unstable building or structure that may collapse such as if they were injured due to a earthquake, explosion, hurricane, flood, or in a abandoned building or mine. If there is a danger of a violent attack such as if the person was stabbed or shot and either you don’t know what caused it or the person who shot or stabbed them is still in the area. If the person is drowning in a body of water such as in a pool or beach or has fallen through ice. If there is a dangerous animal nearby such as a violent dog or bees, wasps, spiders, snakes, and other animals. If there is a danger of severe weather such as lightning or thunder or severe winds or hail or floods or even tornadoes. If there is a danger of being electrocuted such as if there is a downed power line nearby.
i like it 2
i like it
It seems like a bad trade off to log roll them potentially unnecessarily after ascertaining that they have a spinal injury. Unless there is other reason to believe that they may have a massive haemorrhage from their posterior?
Thank you sir for demonstration....very helpful....✌️✌️👍👍
Can you make a video like this but say what your doing out loud? Thanks :)
Lousy assessment, I'm an instruction and their were many parts of the body he missed
That was really not good in my first impression. first you have to try to detect the injurys that can be life threatining, a heavily injured patient doesnt profit from inspektion the arms and lower legs while they have a tension pneumothorax for example
Dummy looks happy ☺️
Thank you 😸
The mannequin is high af
No lung sounds my guy?
If that patient as an amputated leg he would have exsanguinated in the time it took to place de Cervical colar.
Good thing he didn’t have an amputated leg
that wouldve been treated during the ABC's of the primary assessment
Não entendi nada kkkk
I think he sleep
Thanks! Great video
Thank you for teaching me this you put my nerves at ease
Anyone else notice the person under the table??
i'm korean, student of Emergency medical technology dept. it's a little different our style but it's fast and stable we just say when start assessment, DCAP BLS TIC each part, check TD, JVD on the neck. anyway, that's cool Time, Speed is very important on emergency especially Critical Trauma patient
Yeah, the reason I found this video is bc my dad taught me. DECAP BLS, He’s served in the US Army for 10 years. Hes a combat medic, I’m probably gonna be a medic.
@@REALAithne that's so awesome thank you for your service, and for your father sir
@@Yakcho thank you, I haven’t enlisted yet but I will soon, I’m planning to serve for at least 20 years, and continue my father’s legacy
Helpful, thanks!
Happiest dummy ever
This helped me a lot thank you
Where did you get that last airway model you used?
Looks too happy for someone who can't breathe.
come on thats a mannequin ok!
😂
😂😂😂😂
😂
Anyone know where to get more scenarios like this
Emtprep.com
Short of breath, getting worse, tongue is fat, anxious, quickly moving into anaphylaxis, get on with it, OMG
Id be reassessing this patient every 5-10 Minutes not 15-20 was there a reason you choose to do it this way
i already watched a video and understood why this maneuver is done and how to do it but i just wanted to look at the face of this mannequin lol
🤣
Great presentation. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you🥰
I'm currently in the hospital for Anaphalactic Shock. I got bit by a tick that stays on mammals (4 legged animals) it hopped off and bite me injecting the venom inside of me. Now whenever I eat mammals my whole body gets hives all over them, my blood flow constricts to my heart, and I get a heart attack. This disease will eventually go away but for now I just can't eat mammal. I'm currently in the hospital bed typing this right now because I accidentally ate mammalian meat, I will be out tomorrow but I almost died this time because my heart stopped.
I can't breath!!!! My gosh give the epi injection already
It’s made to make the crashes also need a ambulence
lol that guy "imma go back to work" lol unbothered
you probably dont give a shit but if you guys are bored like me during the covid times you can watch all of the latest movies and series on instaflixxer. Been streaming with my gf during the lockdown xD
@Conner Graysen yea, been watching on instaflixxer for months myself :)
@Conner Graysen yup, been using instaflixxer for months myself :)
Thanks! Didn't understand the last statement: Contraindicated for anyone under the age of ?? 60 ??
Hi Abdul, the instructor actually said 16. You should not use this device on patients younger than 16 years old. The other contraindications he mentioned were less than 4 feet tall and greater than 7 feet tall. Happy studying!
Real question is that how can we deliver breath while doing jaw thrust maneuver , when we are alone ???
I would just do a Head Tilt , Chin lift Since the airway is more important than the spine
@@naymark8069 just heard that in another video lol
@@naymark8069 brah he clearly tells whenever there's cervical spine injury you cannot do head tilt and chin lift
@@not_so_nice_man7032 preferably not but securing the airway and ventilating is more important
@@parkersmithson6667 with all due respect. Jaw thrust is to secure airway or ventilation or breathing or respiration. I guess you hadn't noticed main principle behind this maneuver. Get it right brah
that facial expression of mannequin is so hilarious
Hilarious? Dude that thing will give me a stomach ache
its like this is the shit lol.
Yes he seems happy lol
Lol
What manikin model is that?
don't you have to call medical direction lmao
He was use standing order
Wow you can read..
Good video thank you
